Came from out of town as a walk in, first time here. Everyone was extremely kind and patient with me being nervous, the tech made sure at every possible point they were looking like I wanted. At the end, they reminded me what we used (I have extremely weak nails) to help strengthen them so I would know what to ask for. That’s the first time anyone has explained that to me. Nails are beautiful, environment is friendly, good background music. Will absolutely visit every time I’m in the area.
I have been going to Vivid since January of this year and have been very impressed by the service and their efficiency. I used to spend 2+ hours at the salon and now the same service takes 1-1.5hr. The TAP product the use has helped me grow my nails longer than ever before, and most recently I went nearly 5 weeks with no chips, cracks or nail gel popping off. I am especially impressed by Emma, who does amazing nail art and is meticulous about cuticle care and nail health. I recommend Emma at Vivid to anyone looking for top notch service!
