Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as it could have been. We chose to use UMortgage because Vanessa Z. was our lender for our previous home (she worked for a different company back then). We felt like the company was not transparent with fees and while it was all on the paperwork, they never explained it to us- ($10,000) to “pay down” to the regular interest rate (felt scammy to us). Then when we brought it up, we were basically told that it’s common to have these fees added (our realtor explained it’s not). Oh well, lesson learned. We will not be returning to UMortgage in the future.

Professional and attentive. Jacob B. from UMortgage was very easy to talk to, and we felt comfortable asking LOTS of questions. He helped us through the process and made us feel like our loan and situation were an important priority. Highly recommended.

Buying a house can be very stressful and mentaly draining.. atleast that's what I thought. Then I hooked up with UMortgage and all my stress went away. They walked us through the entire process and didn't leave our side until the deal was done.Jacob Bustamante and Angela Valdez are complete professionals. From getting pre-approved to getting the loan written. They're positive energy was overwhelming. My wife and I are forever grateful.I highly recommend UMortgage to anybody looking to buy a home or refinance.

Kahren Oxner and her staff are so professional and responsive. I have had 3 oppurtunities to use Kahren's services and she has found me the very best loan, by far, each time. You have email communications throughout the entire process, with constant updates! You are never in the dark as to the progress of your loan or approval status. My daughter plans on buying a property out of state and I already have Kahren on stand by so when she finds a home, we are ready to go!!!Kahren's UMORTGAGE team is top notch, caring, service oriented and professional. I wouldn't typically refer to a refi as an enjoyable experience but Todd Davidson made it just that. Todd was efficient, timely and responsive. I felt as though I was working with a friend who always had my best interest in mind. If you're looking to refi, I would highly suggest working with Todd. I have no doubt he will take great care of you!
