    It’s called “the barbers” but it’s full of girls. I say okay no worries I’m sure they get down too, so I sit there for a beard trim/lineup and they don’t straight razor me…. That’s false advertising. Barber shops straight razor people! Now I have to go on my trip with a subpar lineup. I’m so upset.

    Sonja is amazing. My son has very thick hair and he will not go to anyone else because she’s the only one who cuts it without hurting him. We’ve been going to her for two years and she is always patient and does an amazing job.

    Clean, good people and they give decent cuts. Pool table while you wait, easy in and out service...Nothing bad to say about this place!
    If you need a good haircut this is a good place to check out.

    My husband has seen Deann twice and she is great! She takes her time, is very attentional to detail, and always makes my husband’s hair look sharp. Highly recommend seeing her!

    Aggressive price yearly increases have priced me out. Just this year it went from $28 to $31 and I was leaving a $5 tip... Men's cuts take 10 minutes and happen every 2 weeks, MAYBE 3 weeks max. This is simply too much for a basic men's cut, period.

    Also, for whatever reason, when I called in today to respectfully asked the person who answered the phone to let their management know that this price hike was just too much, they were very passive aggressive and kept reiterating the price. Yeah, I already know the price, that's why I called. I wasn't even rude about it until I kept getting pushback... I get that it's not nice to hear, but it's feedback that needs to be heard from a customer. (It wasn't the receptionist who set the price, and I wasn't blaming her, so why does she feel the need to defend it?)

    Honestly, I was trying to be polite until I was being obviously stonewalled, so my attitude completely changed which is why I decided to voice it here. I wish you well, but if you keep increasing prices and firing your best staff... *shrug*

    I’m a barber in Eugene and I had a client come to me today to get his hair fixed from going there yesterday. It was horribly uneven and the neck line was way over cut. It basically went into a triangle and was too high. I am only leaving a review to hope that you can give guidance to some of your newer stylist. It’s one thing to have an off day but this was just lack of training. It was a male stylist that cut his hair. He also only wanted scissor cut and clippers were used. Thank you

    The girl there gave me trust issues, 😂 she put no effort and didn’t even know how to do a blend right. She left the sides noticeably uneven and could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. It always feels risky getting a cut there. On top of that, her attitude was very negative and maybe it was because she hates her job. I don’t understand how people like that have a license for cutting hair. I don’t plan on going back to that place either even if desperate for a trim. I had to hit up a friend far from where I’m at just to give me a fix. -10/10 😴
