Check in was okay, not as friendly as before the pandemic. Dr. Kim and her physicians assistant were very nice and took great care of me.

They know what they’re doing and yet the are respectful to the patient. The doctor gave good advice that I continue to follow. The nurse was kind and attending. I was nervous but was given what I needed to get better.

This is a horrible ran facility in wilsonville. I finally had to leave and am very happy at the tualatin location. Ermita A I would definitely stay away from. She is not a good person or doctor and should not be practicing. Made my all ready tough situation much worse. The only dr I've ever had an issue with. The staff there was not much better unfortunately. Just not caring or sympathetic at all.

When I showed up for an appointment the lady at the front desk named Liz rudely told me to remember to bring a mask next time I visit, even though I asked for one and they provide them at all medical facilities. She didn't remind anyone else coming in and just offered them a mask. Then when I was trying to check in to my doctor, I told her I had an appointment at 245 and she snapped back at me and said "that means 240" when I was standing there at 242. Then as she is typing on the keyboard she accused me of wearing an essential oil that makes it difficult for her to breathe and began to dramatically cough and clear her throat when I went and sat down on the far end of the room. I don't wear cologne or essential oils. I'm being seen for social anxiety, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had and I'm not wanting to go back because of this unpleasant lady. The doctor and psychologist I've seen here are great however. I just wish I didn't have to deal with her again. And I'm considering changing facilities because of the dread I feel going there.
