I read some of the reviews for Dr Ermita and I've gotta say I'm a little surprised. Granted some of the reviews are from 4-6 years ago so I'm guessing she's improved over time but I feel she's like every other PCP I've seen before. She's always seemed respectful and knowledgeable to me. Takes the time to listen and seems engaged when I'm talking with her. However the majority of the front desk staff are awful. I believe I just spoke with a kid named Liz(?), and she was not knowledgeable or quite frankly helpful. And to top that off she had quite an attitude. I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for years and couldn't be happier, he actually listens and goes above and beyond to help. The only downside is you have to schedule way in advance because he has so many patients.

Hours listed on Google is incorrect. I keep being told the clinic doesn't open till 8am. Also been waiting a while for a call back on a concern I had and its been almost a week.
