Love using Orkin! We made the best switch ever. They come out when they are supposed to, with giving us plenty of time in advance to reschedule if we need to. Since using Orkin our pest problem has been knocked down tremendously. We have used other companies in the past but they charge a lot of money to just go around and sweep the eves. With Orkin they are spraying mid way, low and sweeping, they message ahead of time and ask about any problem areas so they can be prepared, they will come in your home and spray, also they will do the garage if you let them know that is a problem area. I have had very good experiences with Orkin over the years. I have been a customer since I bought my house in 1987. The previous owner had a contract for carpenter ants and I kept it up. I have never seen carpenter ants here but I have had sugar ants and stink bugs. The stink bugs have been a relatively new problem and so far I have only seen one this fall and winter. But the ants are an ongoing problem and Orkin is very good about coming out and treating them when I see them reappear.
We have been with Orkin for over 7 years. We've found them to be very professional. The service technicians are courteous and respectful. They let you know when your scheduled to have your house treated. (Usually a two hour window.) If for any reason they can't make the scheduled date or time they will notify you in advance. And textile immediately.
