    Zoltan and Bronx helped resolve my issue. Once I was on the phone with Zoltan he directed me to the final steps... it was helpful to have installed all windows updates, bios updates, driver updates, prior to the call. While waiting for downloading files, I was able to get some valuable info to resolve some other nusances on my new laptop. SUPPORT OVERALL WAS SUPER GREAT! Thanks guys.

    Purchased an HP Laptop that needed warranty work. The support was great, techs seemed knowledgeable, but I had to do without my laptop for about a month, by the time I shipped it to them in Oregon from Texas, and they tested / troubleshot before having to send it to HP, then back to New Dream for more testing to verify, and finally shipped from Oregon to Texas. The time without my laptop was the only issue. Oh, and that month without my laptop did not prorate the warranty which is about to expire. So, hopefully I won't need any further warranty work.....so far, so good since I've had it back.....no more blue screen errors.

    Support was kind, helpful, and just as thoughtful in seeing my concerns addressed. Took a little bit to get shipped out but once received my technician, Bronx, got right to work and did a stellar job providing progress updates and notes. This is the first google review I've ever written. It's never fun having to hit up support much less for a purchase as expensive as my desktop PC, but these guys were IMMACULATE in their service delivery. 5 Stars, cheers!
