Purchased an HP Laptop that needed warranty work. The support was great, techs seemed knowledgeable, but I had to do without my laptop for about a month, by the time I shipped it to them in Oregon from Texas, and they tested / troubleshot before having to send it to HP, then back to New Dream for more testing to verify, and finally shipped from Oregon to Texas. The time without my laptop was the only issue. Oh, and that month without my laptop did not prorate the warranty which is about to expire. So, hopefully I won't need any further warranty work.....so far, so good since I've had it back.....no more blue screen errors.
Support was kind, helpful, and just as thoughtful in seeing my concerns addressed. Took a little bit to get shipped out but once received my technician, Bronx, got right to work and did a stellar job providing progress updates and notes. This is the first google review I've ever written. It's never fun having to hit up support much less for a purchase as expensive as my desktop PC, but these guys were IMMACULATE in their service delivery. 5 Stars, cheers!
Reached out with an issue with a new laptop that we purchased as the drive was DOA. Talked to Zoltan and with in a 5 min phone call was able to talk about my steps to diagnose the issue, him to confirm and then send me a new drive with expedited shipping. Perhaps the best tech support/customer service experience I have had in my 14 years in the tech industry.
