Really cool guy. I called for something that was a total waste of Ryan's time but he still tried to help me and went out of his way to exhaust any and all possible options to help me out and in the end he pulled through for me. Called Ryan at the referral of our contractor. Couldn’t adjust the temperature of our built in counter refrigerator. Ryan immediately diagnosed the problem as the unit being locked and walked me through the fix. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Saved me time and money.

Daniel was able to come immediately this morning in Tigard to diagnose my problem. He was very quick with a successful diagnoses for why my Whirlpool side by side refrig/freezer was working intermittently. He had the parts in his van and completed the service call and repair in 30 minutes. Daniel is very friendly and capable with years of experience.
