We just LOVE Hap-E-Dog!! Our dogs love it, too! For them, it's like they are going to a party! They get to socialize with some of the other puppies who are there, and I really love that!! That they don't have to be kenneled or caged! They are always happy to go, and happy when we come to pick them up! We have 4 big dogs and 1 little guy. The little one his nails grow super fast, so if I stop in, they will give him a quick trim. 3 of the big dogs have some special problems. 1 had hot spots from some bad food, his coat has never come back in the same, during that time he needed to be bathed every week in special shampoo, They did such a wonderful job! I stopped in here to use the self wash since my usual spot had a line. I’m really happy I did!. The two girls working there were fantastic and helpful. I even got my dog’s nails done. My blind elderly cattle dog has an attitude, and the girl who trimmed his nails was confident, understanding, and calm even when he acted out.
I especially loved the high velocity dryer. I’ve been to most self washes in the area and even though this dryer is small, it was the most powerful one yet - he was just as dry in half of the time! I’ll be back :)
My pug hates her nails cut. I have tried many in the valley . She is most comfortable going to hap- e- dog..
We really like the staff here. She does so good when getting her nails done. Always fits us in, so friendly, and clean. It doesn't smell like some shops smell. My aunt has a grooming shop in nevada . I use to help her often this place reminds me of her place. Like home.
