This is my second round of PT at North Lake and my therapist’s name is Jason aka Jay. He is absolutely amazing! He takes inventory of how my ankle is feeling and always knows what exercises will be challenging, but not over do it. He is very knowledgeable and caring as well. Just the type of person you want when you are going through a hard transitional time in your life. Such a long review, but I have to give a shout out to Angie, the receptionist, who is utterly fantastic! I can’t forget Jonah and Georgia who help me get strong and better every day! He's one of those rare practitioners who looks at the big picture and any possibly related connections to a patient's problem, beyond what many MD's see when they are only focused on their particular specialty. “The staff here at Northlake physical therapy has been just wonderful. Their level of expertise and knowledge and patience and sense of humor is unsurpassed. Everyone from the receptionist to each and every therapist, are exceptional. I was going somewhere else for a while, but felt I needed a change and boy was I right. They have me doing things I would never have done and one of the great things is the director knows my surgeon. So they knew immediately what to do and how to treat my particular injury and after two surgeries, they still know what to do almost like they are doctors themselves. Which in a way they are. After many many months of Physical Therapy elsewhere I wish I had found this place many months ago.
