He patiently and proficiently explains everything you need to know, ensuring that you understand. (Go Gen-X!). Sidney, my girl! She is amazing, empathetic but will work you! And we're blessed to have Tanya up front running the books. If it wasn't for her patience and understanding with my ride problems, I'd be having more interesting issues. And of course there's my BlackBarry! He is such a mood lifter and always puts me in a great mood.
