I’ve been bringing my husky to Safe and Hound for two years now, and their grooming team always does a fantastic job!
The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and thorough and their prices are very affordable.
His groom is always perfect—his undercoat is completely blown out, and he comes home so soft and fluffy every single time.
He’s 13 and struggles with arthritis, so I was worried grooming would be tough. They completely put my mind at ease by using a raising and lowering tub to support him and going entirely at his pace.

My Australian Shepherd, Oswald, has been going to Safe and Hound for well over a year now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. My dog has always struggled with a bit of anxiety and separation issues... especially when we first moved, he would tear up the house trying to find us whenever we left. I tried another daycare, but sadly he spent most of his time in a kennel and even came home with little burns on his elbows from laying on hot pavement when he was out. It was heartbreaking.

As someone who has run dog daycares and still works with dogs professionally, I have a high standard and expectation in regard to a daycare environment and the treatment of my beloved dog (as I know most of us do). And I greatly appreciate the people at Safe and Hound and the love and care they provide. I have a shepherd/husky mix and with the help of his daycare he has made great progress and worked through several things throughout his stages of life. The people here take the time to know and understand what our dogs need to excel and thrive while teaching them how to be appropriate in a pack.
