Stopped in to ask a question about a printer cartridge jam we could not unjam ourselves. Scott (owner, I believe?) was so helpful in explaining to us how HP purposefully creates these jams when generic, non-HP cartridges are used. This can basically render printers permanently useless. An HP trick to get customers to buy their more expensive ink cartridges. He suggested that we return all cartridges for a full refund immediately. We had to purchase a new printer. Scott was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Never tried to sell us anything. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future should we need computer/printer issues. When I was having problems with my computer, I first went to another repair shop and their prices to just see what was wrong was $115!!!! I came to Ace the next day and the workers were very helpful, kind, and welcoming. They gave me amazing advice on how to care for my computer and had it fixed within a couple of days for an amazing price. Highly reccomend!
