Karlee, in particular, is described as having amazing hands and a warm nature, delivering a top-notch massage experience. The Spa is also commended for its cleanliness and attention to detail, with heated beds and plenty of blankets in the couples' massage room. Beyond the Spa, the resort is praised for its excellent golf courses, delicious food, and perfect location. So much better than expected. Public spa completely man made materials. Not wild hot springs except for the water source.

Karlee was AMAZING! My husband and I are visiting Mt Hood from Las Vegas and we are somewhat "versed and experienced" in getting massage in some really famous places... but Karlee hands down is the best! The Spa is beautiful and serene and her warm nature and amazing hands were the culmination of a beautiful week in Oregon!
