Visitor for the summer and made an appointment here with OLIVIA. You all know it is ALWAYS SCARY to see a new stylist! SHE “LISTENED” to my wants and needs for my hair. ASKED QUESTIONS and got HELP WITH COLOR from other stylists. The COLOR WAS “PERFECT”, covered all the gray and kept my lights that I had! My HAIRCUT was wonderful and I felt like a new woman walking out of the salon. Made 2 more appointments for the summer before I left. My husband said we need to be take her home with us and it was the best color and cut I have had in years….. We will be in the area for 6 months next summer and WILL RETURN to her! Shear 503 is Awesome! I will only go to the owner who always makes the clients feel welcomed and appreciated! Stephanie is excellent at her profession and I always feel my best after she works her hair magic on me! The entire staff is Fantastic!! My only regret is not having the time to get in there more often.
I can't say enough great things about Shear 503! I recently went in for a men's haircut and decided to let the stylist get creative. I have to say, that was the best decision I could have made! The cut was fantastic—trendy, sharp, and perfectly suited to my style. I’ve received so many compliments, and I owe it all to their incredible talent. But the exceptional service didn’t stop there. I had forgotten about a product I purchased during my visit and was confused about a charge on my card. When I called to inquire, the team at Shear 503 was incredibly understanding. They promptly looked into it and gave me a call back to explain the situation. Their professionalism and customer service are truly top-notch.
