Fitness 1440 offers a welcoming atmosphere, with a non-judgmental attitude and plenty of space to work out. While staff changes and cleanliness issues can be drawbacks, the gym's equipment and price are generally satisfactory. I think I’ve met all the staff members now, and every single one of them are providing a positive atmosphere. Non judgement zone, and there’s plenty of space to get your workout on strong. I love this gym and the price is right as well!

Frequent staff changes, inconsistent attention to cleanliness are negatives. Music leaves a lot to be desired. Still, it is as good or better than the other health clubs I checked out in the area. Equipment affords all I need for my workouts. Cost is reasonable.

By all means the best gym for the area.... but be aware they have a really sketchy/aggressive cancelation process should you need to i.e weird hoops to jump through and will money grab you during the process with more fees. Any other gym I have been to and needed to cancel, it is as normal as a phone call lol.
