We cannot say enough amazing things about Ronnie and the team at Coastal Drain & Sewer! We were dealing with a plumbing disaster, and Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Our pipes were severely clogged, and he worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem and clear the lines. He never gave up, never rushed the job, and didn’t stop until everything was flowing properly again.

Ronnie the owner/service technician was great and very professional. He answered questions that I had after he came out. I would use Coastal Drain and Sewer again. However, Jodi in customer service was very rude which was disappinting, maybe she was having an off day but please don't take it out on your paying customers in the future. Still 5 stars for price, service, and professionalism from Ronnie.

Clogged sewer pipe on Saturday. Called and 8:00 Am on Sunday Ronnie the owner arrived. He was here for 2 hours and never stopped working to clear the lines. He is a true professional as well as being courteous and knowledgeable. He cleared the sewer pipe and it’s draining perfectly. His prices are very reasonable and he will get the job done right. Thank you Ronnie.
