Leaving your fur babies behind is never easy, but the team made me feel completely at ease from the moment I dropped them off. The facility is clean, welcoming, and clearly run by people who genuinely love and care for animals. Cooper came home happy, tired, and well-loved, while Lady settled right back in as if she'd had her own little vacation. It was obvious they received plenty of attention, care, and affection during their stay. I can’t say enough good things about Liz and her team at Bay Breeze. I had a family emergency out of state and called in a panic right before closing because I needed to get to the airport. Without hesitation, they said, “No problem, bring her now — we’ll wait.” And they did.
This was only my second time using their boarding services, but they treated my dog like family and gave me complete peace of mind during a very stressful time. They even sent me email updates about how she was doing and, so thoughtfully, checked in to ask how I was holding up during my time of trauma.
