“Our water heater failed before bedtime and I was up early troubleshooting. It was shot so I started googling for service. I found Eclipse and called them just after 6am and a live voice answered! We set an appointment same day and the owner (Ty) called me to confirm and even offered an estimate if replacement was needed! Two techs showed up right in time (texted prior to keep me posted) and they got after it. It takes a while to drain the tank and they were careful as to avoid water dripping when removing it from our home and hauled it off when done. They were tidy, professional, and communicated along the way. I ended up with a USA made water heater at a fair price. While they were there they checked my HVAC (they specialize in HVAC) and performed a necessary repair. We are enjoying hot water and a warm heater! Ty stopped by to check on his crew and introduce himself during the process. Excellent experience.“

“We were extremely happy with our experience! We put in a request and received a call within a few hours to schedule our appointment. They originally offered an appointment 5 days out; but when we requested an earlier appointment, due to having no heat, they scheduled us the next day early in the morning. He was here promptly & he fixed our system quickly. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the equipment to fix it. Our system is working the best it's been in quite a while and our house is the warmest it's been in over a week! The Technician Brad was super friendly and knowledgeable.
