Very happy with the inspection. I definitely recommend them. They did a thorough inspection of the crawl space under the house, the attic, roof , fireplace and exterior of the house.. Price was more than reasonable, inspector respectful, and explained things thoroughly.
Kurvin was very professional and gave us an unbiased inspection on our roof. We were worried that the contractor we used didn't follow the manufacturer's recommendations which voided the warrentee. It was verified that the contractor did not follow manufacturer's recommendations to keep the warrentee. We were not aware that they did not follow so many Oregon codes leaving us with a substandard product while lining their pockets. Ugly Duckling is very professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them.
Douglas was very thorough, taking pictures and explaining each part of the house that was inspected in great detail. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was easy to communicate with post inspection and was a book of knowledge! He was also very quick!-Completing the detailed report that night!
