I was from out of town and got some metal in my eye. Dr. Bowen and staff took me in 20 minutes after I called and took care of my eye. I can't thank them enough for helping me out, it would have been really bad if i had to wait a day. Thank you!!
A really good experience. I was helped to find a good looking pair of glasses. My face is small for an adult and super hard to get a good fit I’m not embarrassed with. I’m happy!!
Staff is friendly, however, it took them over a month to get me my sample contacts, then when they finally got me my samples, they only gave me 4 days worth and my follow up appointment was in 2 weeks. Total it took over 2 months to finally get some contacts. In the mean time my insurance changed due to my employer switching carriers. When I finally did get my contacts, they were the wrong prescription and I wasn't able to see anything. I contacted Tuallitan I associates to let them know, and they said that I would have to come in for a visit. I told them that my insurance had changed, and they didn't take my insurance so, at the time, we're not willing to help me. I contacted them again after I had seen a new eye doctor and got the correct prescription. At that point, they did exchange the contacts that I had previously gotten from them with the correct prescription. So I wanted to increase the amount of stars and give a bit of a more positive review since they did fix the mistake. As I said before, the staff and the doctor are absolutely wonderful when it comes to their bedside manner.
