Marvin Somerton of Softserve PC's has solved MANY computer problems I have had, mostly remotely, but sometime on site. He has even helped with with editing my YouTube channel! He is a marvel of skill and knowledge and is a nice guy to boot. His wife Rita is also fine when she schedules on site appointments for him.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Marvin was thorough and informative- but not too informative for those of us who aren’t particularly computer savvy or interested. He set up my new work laptop transferred files, cleaned things up, etc.. He was patient with my frustration and generous with his time and expertise. Cannot recommend him more confidently or enthusiastically.

I called regarding some network issues and discovered that services didn't include a Mac. In spite of this, Marvin spent a good 10 minutes troubleshooting with me over the phone, gratis. I'm very impressed with his professionalism and generosity. Thank you! Update: Problems solved, everything is up and running nice and fast! Thanks again!
