The ambiance is warm, calming and very clean! Today was a day of self care and Liz was absolutely AMAZING!! She offered a wide variety of techniques. Really good at focusing on the details. The energy in this environment felt so serene and tranquil and had me in such a balanced state when I left. I actually felt less pain, my range of motion increased and didn’t feel so stuck.
She took her time, answered any questions I had. This place is no conveyor belt massage. Liz has a true intention of healing. I’m so grateful to have found Liz! She is a phenomenal massage therapist. I have been searching for a new place to get massages for a long time and now that I have met her, I will be a continued regular. She is great at tuning to your level of pressure when it comes to the massage. And beyond all of that, the space she has set up for the massage is so beautiful and serene. There’s really nothing like this type of experience in the area. I highly recommend her to everyone I know!
