Everything about scheduling is a complete inconvenience.Have to call to schedule an appointment even though I’m not a new patient because Sherri Laird is not on the website as a provider yet.You guys take a long lunch between 11:45am-1pm, which means anyone working office hours is screwed out of calling on their breaks. You should have someone handling the phones at all times.Your website could use some work but it’s easy to navigate, too bad it does nothing for patients of Sherri Laird.Even when we do manage to call outside your lunch hours, we still have to be on hold for 2+ hours.
