I had a major bitlocker lock out issue after downloading a windows update. I took my lap top into the tualatin location and was helped by Shannon Fisk. Store was well stocked a week before Holiday sale kickoff. They had pre Black Friday sales going on. I was able to find the items I was looking for and when I wasn't able to locate on the salesperson went to the back to find it for me which was great service. Best Buy does still price match with retailers and my items were matched with Amazon. Overall this is one of the better Best Buy's in the greater Portland area.
