Marcus at Floor & Decor in Tualatin is amazing! We originally asked him to help us lift some tile onto our cart, and he ended up helping us with so much more , including picking out and ordering all the additional materials we needed for the installation. He was incredibly kind, listened to what we were trying to accomplish, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Marcus truly felt like a trusted advisor, not a salesperson. Great experience at the Tualatin, OR store. The team at the Tualatin location was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The store was exceptionally clean and well organized, which made it easy to find what I needed and complete my shopping efficiently. I would definitely shop here again!

We just came in looking for tiles and they were super helpful. We had their free design consultation and Bailey helped us and her manager as well. We will definitely come back and do business with them.
