Jonathon is really the best. My alternator had given out over the weekend, so I was trying to figure out who could get me in same-day on a Monday. He got me in that Monday, and I had my car back by 12:30 p.m. that same day. He was very straightforward, kind, and his prices were very reasonable. He also did not talk down to me at all (which is something that I usually experience with mechanics, given that I am a young woman). I will definitely be returning here for all my car's needs :)

Jonathan was amazing! I went to two other repair shops because my engine light came on. Neither one would even check to see what the error code was. Went to O’Reillys where they found the error code and recommended Jonathan at Family Auto Repair. He managed to fit me in the same day and got the repair done the same afternoon.
