We had an ongoing issue with our car that we took to 3 mechanics who told us they didn’t smell it or couldn’t figure out where it was. Finally, we unfortunately had the car stop functioning and jumped it. We took it to O’Reilly’s for a battery test. That battery was fully okay so they recommended Family Auto since it’s right next to them. I’ve never blindly taken my car anywhere but the reviews looked good and it was down the street.
Within days, they found the issue, pointed out the fixes the other shops had done that were subpar, fixed those, and our car is finally back to tip-top shape after about 2 months of dealing with the issue. They were communicative...read full review
