Good morning, This is Randy Jacobson, my experience with rental was very good!! Great service and easy to deal with!!! My concern was when I received my final billing I notice an extra ten dollar per day charge for a extra add on driver? My past rentals I’ve had an additional drivers and have never been charged? If this is a new charge for this rental and future use I have know problem ? But was not aware a additional charge would be added at time of rental? My daughter was the additional driver that visited from North Dakota. Anyway I have no problem with charge but would like to know for future rentals. Thank you, Randy Jacobson

I have had to rent cars many times this year and am in a rental car now for my third time in the last couple weeks already. I highly recommend the Tualatin and Wilsonville locations. The staff are friendly, helpful, quick and great to work with. They follow up to see how everything is going and seem to genuinely care about your experience and rental needs. Sadly, the Beaverton location is not such a pleasant experience. They don’t acknowledge arriving customers and just sit at their computers. Several of us unrelated customers came in and none of us were even met with “one of us will be right with you”. Very unprofessional. The Tualatin location called over to Beaverton to hold a car for me, which I ran right over to get. When I finally got helped, a good 25 minutes after my arrival, I was told they didn’t receive a call and didn’t have a car for me and I wasn’t even in they system (even though I was driving one of their cars). I heard the entire conversation in Tualatin. After the exasperated young man supposedly helping me finally found what I was talking about he made it clear that this is not typical of the services offered. Therefore why it was so difficult for him to locate the car being held. Regardless, it was no excuse for being unprofessional, put out, and acting overly worked. Not a friendly experience and I will not go to this location again. It’s just not that hard to smile and say hello even when you’re busy, which none of the guys seemed to be as they each sat at their desks in personal conversations as customers were lining up. Training is desperately needed at this location. However, Beaverton does have one young man, Chris, a mid-twenties Hispanic man who is wonderful! He needs to be out front meeting and greeting and helping people instead of in the back running cars around and only doing walk throughs once a vehicle is rented. He is positive, engaging and the only good thing I saw during my visit at the Beaverton location.

In any service industry, things come up, and it’s how those things are handled. We rented a vehicle from the Tualatin location and when we went to pick it up, there had been a mixup on our original vehicle. The staff was helpful, courteous, and apologetic. They authorized a free upgrade, with only 48 miles on it, and we were on our way! A new vehicle was a welcome surprise!! Thank you!
