As a senior citizen with more medical problems than fit on his surgical suite whiteboard and needing a molar removed I'm not an easy patient; and Boy! Do I feel cared for! It's obvious to this retired physician (me) that Doctor Ugalde is a superior surgeon and the cohesiveness and care provided by every person in his office is testimonial to the way his professionalism and humanity extend to everyone with whom he works. And then there's the way he CARES for his patients - even personally calling them the evening of the surgery to see how they are doing and answer questions. Wow I am impressed. From the warm and welcoming front office staff, attentive and thorough nurses and an oral surgeon that takes the time to PERSONALLY call his patient to had his wisdom teeth removed to check on him on a Friday night I am blown away! You don't see this level of care much these days anymore. Dr. Carlos Ugalde and his team are fantastic. My son had amazing care and is doing great. Thank you all so much!

Dr Ugalde is highly recommended. He is very personable and does outstanding work. I've never had a physician call me at home the evening of my surgery to see how I was doing. He and the staff are really outstanding. Thank you for the wonderful care and flowers. Rey
