Creative Kitchens LLC

We hired Creative Kitchens to re-do the cabinets and counters of a kitchen and two small bathrooms in a Gresham apartment that my work manages. They have been working on this project since we paid them April 3, 2018. The kitchen still isn't finished, and it is July 10, 2018. Granted, Rich and David both explained to me that they were waiting for the cabinets for their supplier, which took about 2 months to come in. They did try very hard to get our project done in a timely manner, which we are very grateful for. With our cabinets getting stolen out of their guys truck, waiting for supplies to come in from their supplier, and working their guys over time to get things done, Rich did try and keep us updated on everything, and worked hard to keep it going. However, I was informed on July 2nd, that the project was finished. I went over to the apartment on July 3rd, to find that the knobs on the lowers were not installed. There was trash and crap left in the cupboards, we were never informed that they don't install the vent hood over the stove. My office manager spoke with Rich, who told her that if we wanted to cabinet pulls installed, we should have purchased them which is unacceptable, since we were never told we needed to buy pulls in the first place. We assumed they would use the existing ones. I've been trying to call both Rich and David since July 5th, leaving messages & emails to no avail. Both of them have been ignoring me, my office manager, and the leasing manager. If we could not pay them, we would, and have our maintenance guy finish their job for them. We want the kitchen 100% complete so we can get our owner an income. We will never be using this company again. Rich is a very nice older gentleman, as is David, but neither of them can stay in contact when things are "finished" and need to have a few finishing touches. Rich specifically told me that if something isn't up to standard, to call him & they will get it fixed. Where is that service now? We've been waiting on this since April, and now the duo has fallen off the face of the planet because my office manager was not happy with them and let them know it. Totally unacceptable.
