Disappointing but consistent with their reviews. $700 for shipping resulted in $2K in broken items delivered for a $2800.00 total loss. Driver left before we could unpack the pallet so nothing could be noted on the “POD” so our claim was denied… after 6 weeks of emails. Our business and personal shipping needs will NOT go through Coyote again.
I am very frustrated with the level of customer service I received from your company. I spent more than one hour on the phone, making three separate calls, in an attempt to get a lumper code. Horrible!!!
