Valley Landscapes did a wonderful job of transforming my side yard, which was just weeds and a struggling vegetable garden. The vision that Ryan came up with exceeded my expectations, turning the area into a secluded getaway! They also did a fantastic job of expanding the back patio. I received offers from three different landscaping companies and Valley Landscapes was by far the most communicative, professional, knowledgeable and provided a great end product! Reached out to Valley West after a neighbor of ours had some work done and their yard looked fantastic. Super easy to have Ryan, the landscape manager, come out and assess our yard that needed what I deemed to be a complete overhaul. What is great about Valley West is they are a comprehensive service company, meaning no more finding 5 different project managers for every aspect of the yard; they do it all...fencing, lawn care, irrigation, etc. Ryan was a gem to work with and his vision was exactly what we needed. Update: Valley West has worked with us to help improve our yard. They have been very responsive and helpful in getting things in working order. Our sprinkler system is now working well and our lawn is looking better and we are better informed on how to maintain it.
We hired Valley West to redo our backyard including installing a sprinkler system. Communication started out strong so we chose to go with them. We have since had issue after issue with the sprinkler system, largely due to them not doing their due diligence and checking the water pressure prior to installation.
