More recently I was experiencing insecurities due to loss of volume in my glutes. I have lost weight and I’m getting older and those dips were a huge insecurity of mine. I went and got Radiesse injections in my glutes and I feel so much more confident wearing leggings and a bathing suit this summer!

The red light therapy relieved muscle aches after a week of physical volunteer work. Today, I tried the infrared sauna and enjoyed a nap, leaving energized and relaxed. Can not recommend this enough!
