I was so nervous going to this appointment because I didn't know what to expect. But I had also gone through so many tough and rough things lately that along with my stress, adhd and anxiety I was so out of wack! Courtney Day is absolutely amazing! She listened and understood what was needed and talked me through my appointment with her. Which was out of this world. I don't think I have trusted another massage therapist this much! I immediately booked another appointment 🥰 Thank you so much for a wonderful experience !
Courtney was amazing! She actually listens to what you need from the massage. She's a wizard & I'm convienced her focusing on the right pressure points sent me into labor! Just as I wanted as I had tried just about everything under the sun.
I got a 90 min massage at 41.5 weeks pregnant at 1pm on a Sun, I was so relaxed afterward, my water broke at 11pm that night & I had my baby boy Mon 6pm! I recommend anyone to her.
I have had this problem of swelling in my ankles and legs for most of my adult life. I'm 77 and the lymphatic drainage I have received from Courtney and Taylor is the only thing I've ever gotten positive results from.
