After a frustrating experience with another septic company that couldn’t pump my tank and still charged me, I reached out to Goodman Septic Services. They were a breath of fresh air! Before even visiting, they responded to my emails and reviewed photos of my system free of charge, explaining the issue clearly. They happened to be in my area the next week and promised no charge if they couldn’t complete the job. Within 5-10 minutes of arriving, their technician used a wrench to easily turn the drain field pipe, pumped, and cleaned my tank perfectly. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Kyle provided a very thorough checkup of our septic system. He is knowledgeable and kind. Whatever he is being paid, it can't be sufficient to compensate him for the work he does.
