we ordered an expandable metal grate and it was made so fast and it was exactly what we needed, a great group of people and the labs were so cute !!!! would do business with them again.

I had Nathan from Haltiner Tillamook Fireplace replace my pilot light assembly. He did a great job and also got my Fire Genie remote working. Great to see such good response from a local merchant. I highly recommend them, Heidi is excellent on follow up as well.
