We bought our new home almost 6 years ago. We purchased it new due to the style and exceptional quality of the home. We have had questions over the years and Steve and his team have been very responsive and have stood behind their work, well beyond any warranty period. We would highly recommend this builder when you are looking for a home.

We bought our Timberland home in 2019 and had some additional customizations done prior to our move in. Todd and Steve and their team were so helpful with everything from design questions to placement and recommendations. They have always answered our phone calls with whatever we have questions with and nowadays, that is hard to find. We had a few minor things come up over the years and again, Steve answered all of my phone calls and even took care of the issues without even me asking him to. He and his company are outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone that want to experience the best customer service and personal touches.

Timberland homes is a quality builder. Not only do they have a quality product, they actually care about the buyer. They have been responsive and very customer focused. Through the process they were very attentive and would definitely build another home from Timberland Homes again.
