*** Updated ***The below response is very professional, but not a valid representation of their conduct. Take note, that they even brought their lawyer into the discussion to take down my review.It is true about the easement, but were given one day notice. Also, as in the pictures, you can notice this is not a “small” area. They removed 4 10’ laurels and 2 maples (one planted by my wife’s deceased father that was explained and which they showed no remorse).In addition to this, they damaged multiple pieces of our lattice upon removing several large plants. Timberland homes is a quality builder. Not only do they have a quality product, they actually care about the buyer. They have been responsive and very customer focused. Through the process they were very attentive and would definitely build another home from Timberland Homes again.
