Today was my first time in, and the experience was so pleasant! From the nice receptionists to the kind Doctor that helped me! I called yesterday to get established, and they were able to get me in today because I needed to get my prescription updated somewhere new due to my old office not accepting my new insurance! Love my eye doctor(s). They are thorough, take their time to answer all questions ans concerns.. explain everything thoroughly and felt like they were really listening and problem solving throughout. professional and beautiful buildings. if your insurance covera them, or not, i’d recommend vision world.❤️
only negative- because of communication error between employees that made me have to drive back to shop… although they did give me an extra pair of contacts for my troubles which was very kind of them🧡
