Aaron came out to give me an estimate on a new water heater and see a few other things that I needed done at specific times because I was having new floors installed. Keith was the plumber who was sent to do the job. He was so cooperative, professional, and easy to work with. I described him as a breath of fresh air. The City was here to turn off the water to my condo building, Keith was here to drain and remove the old water heater, and the floor installers were here to demolish the old and install the new. The service from Plumbers Inc was exceptional. Our master shower had a slow leak. Keith arrived on time, was courteous, friendly, informative and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and set about repairing it - again, quickly. He minimized any mess and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Very happy with The Plumbers Inc and will definitely use them again and will specifically ask for Keith!
