Hopefully this can help avoid disappointment for others as we were unable to get my daughter's ears pierced for her 15th birthday today. When making the appointment, we were told that verification on ParentVue would suffice as identification for a minor. However, when we arrived and logged into the app, it only showed my daughter's first name along with her picture. Even though I could click on a different tab and show a report card with her full legal name, they wouldn't accept it because her last name and her picture were not on the same screen. I understand that the state has laws and I appreciate that they're being followed but this seemed a little ridiculous to me. It was extremely disappointing because this was a gift for my daughter's birthday. So just be aware that they want to see the minors last name and their picture RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER! Wish they would've told me that 😪

Megan is absolutely so sweet, gentle, takes her time and pays attention to detail. she could tell my boyfriend needed water by the look on his face and got him sugar and water and was so caring! 10/10 coming back ASAP!!!

Jeric was so helpful in finding jewellery and what piercings I wanted to start with. He was very good at communicating before, during, and after. He went over aftercare before the piercings and pricing before I committed to everything. I will 100% be recommend him and the shop, 100% going back for more piercings!!
