“I came in yesterday Monday morning and am leaving for a trip Wednesday at 7 AM.

Even though I had two items the gentleman said they would have it by the end of Tuesday. I just picked it up at 2:30 pm!

“I had a miscommunication about when two, new dresses could be steamed or pressed and expected them to be ready prior to special events I had to attend, but when I called to confirm they were ready at the appointed time, I was told they would not be ready for 72 more hours, which was past the events I had to attend. I was given the option to retrieve them unpressed at another location where the processes are done, so I rushed there before closing. I was upset, but then relieved and impressed that the owner was at the location when I arrived and promised the dresses would be ready the next day by 12:30. The dresses were ready and the owner did not charge me despite me wanting to pay for the extraordinary, expedited service and his kindness. People do not experience this type of old school business courtesy very often anymore, but this respect and quality work is why Bee’s cleaners has been in business for decades. I support independent businesses and so should everyone, especially this local institution.“
