Product was shipped and delivered within a couple of days! The owners are very friendly and respond quickly. The touch up kit included all of the necessary tools. I have no experience in painting scratches/chips on my car, so the detailed instructions were very helpful. The paint is great quality and is the exact color of my car. You can't even tell there were scratches or chips on my car unless you look closely. I just ordered another bottle for my other vehicle!
