We just had a Costco dishwasher installed by Portland Installation and they were top-notch! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They protected my flooring and countertops, pulled out the old and installed the new. They had to make some modifications to our cabinets for the hosing but knew exactly what was needed and how to do it with no damage. After installation they even gave me a quick tutorial on my new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!

I bought a range, a fridge, and a dishwasher from a well-known appliance seller. Part of my decision to shop there was because they use/train their own installers. The range and the fridge went in okay. The dishwasher installation was a disaster – two times!
I have a granite countertop. The first installer from the appliance store used side brackets that cracked the cabinet facing. First I will say everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and accommodating. The install crew was great and did a very good job. The only problem I have with the service was the value. It feels like what I paid was more than it should be. On top of that there was a part that was needed that was not included in the original quote. Whish that had been included.
