It was a great experience having North Lake handle my PT. Doug was a caring, informative and very helpful individual. I will go back to NL after my hip replacement surgery, should I need direction.

Brenda was a pleasure to work with. She helped me get stronger prior to surgery, and I know she’ll do the same with post-surgery recovery. Her great sense of humor and positivity distract me from the pain!
I could walk accross the street for physical therapy but instead I drive miles accross town to go to North Lake. Absolutely exceptional people there, they feel like family. Just walking in the door you'll be greeted with a welcoming smile from Elena, she's amazingly helpful! Brenda is my main PT there and simply the best! - supportive, encouraging, and definitely knows her stuff. I've also worked with the amazing Emma, Jess, Jacob, and Jimmy. What a team! When I'm all healed up I know I'm going to miss EVERYONE, a lot. Just hope I don't subconsciously get banged up just to go back! ?
