We have been incredibly happy with the service provided by IT Group NW. From onboarding to now a year later, they have been fantastic. Our team of 25 people has no trouble calling or submitting tickets to get assistance when we need help.
In addition to regular monthly maintenance and security they've helped us with: - Upgrading our ancient phone system to a VOIP option including setting up the desktop and mobile apps for it as well as the physical new phones. - Switching from Comcast to fiber internet with minimal downtime. - Upgrading our server also with minimal downtime. - Identifying network drive space... read full review
