Unless your hair is in dire condition already, I do NOT recommend this place. I came in for bangs that were a little see though. One maybe dime size almost bald spot. After starting, within 2 months time ive lost almost half my density, an they've started me on 2 life long treatments, which is thier standard, that which I didn't fully understand what I was signing up for. Theu said they were be some shedding, i did NOT expect to be losing clumps of hair, scalp dryness like the Sahara, healing scalp, the list goes on.

If you enjoy bait-and-switch tactics wrapped in a smile, Hair Club is the place for you. They’ll dazzle you with talk of premium, medical-grade laser caps — then quietly hand you a cheaper version once you’ve paid..
If you call them out they just point at the “NO REFUNDS” clause you signed unknowingly. You can’t even dispute the transaction because they literally wrote the scam into their paperwork.. it’s wild.
And those prices? Buckle up — we’re talking double (or more) what the same product costs at retail. They give everyone the same rundown, it’s literally just buy a hair laser cap and put minoxidil in your hair.
Boom. I just saved you so much money! Go buy all of that on Amazon instead of wasting your money on these scammers. Seriously don’t waste your money here, go straight to Bosley if you want surgery.

I felt very disrespected on my choice on canceling the hairclub process. I made an appointment with these guys honestly to have a consultation about my hair and was never intended to buy or start any treatment process due to personal reasons. I was then sold with tbh a good marketing pitch on there treatment plan, but with alot of things going on with my life I can not commit to this. I recently called to canceling the process and was on the phone with the manager. Felt very disrespected when I was on the phone call. She kept asking me what are my solutions and I stated I would like to keep that to myself and find other solutions, she took it at least on my end as an offense and simply told they will cancel my subscription and hung up the phone right after. As someone who works in the medical field, I would never in my life will treat anyone in that kind of way. If someone wants to cancel some sort of service I Will always treat everyone with kindness, respect, and not ask them any personal questions. Please do not go to these guys if you are only looking for answers of what is going on with your hair. Do you personal research and make you choices that suits best for your situation. The staff from the Tigard office is nice, but the manager needs to respect people's choices and not put people down with the choices they have made. I do not recommend this place.

I’ve never had problems with HairClub. When Kim McKnight was the immediate manager here, she went above and beyond to ensure that everything for me was set and I was taken care of.
She did so well that she was promoted, yet she does still take care of so much.

The Portland crew are tops for service. Dedicated to having happy clients, by listening and addressing any issues until resolved. Their manager Kim, is accessible, cares about the clients and makes sure everything has been handled/resolved and does it all with a smile.

Love this place and the people who works there, especially Kim, front office manager. Very caring, supportive and accommodating to my 16 year old son. They are a blessing to us. Thank you hair club for kids!!!!!

I applied to this company 8 months ago. I didn't receive the job which ended up being a good thing. I've been working for six months at a much better place with way more opportunities for six months. However they still send out constant emails asking me to work there. Hairclub please remove me from your annoying emails. Thank you
