The lab has had an unfortunate technological issue which is nation-wide. I was scheduled for Saturday but waited over an hour and had to reschedule. When I finally made it in on Tuesday morning, Melody was my phlebotomist and she is so pleasant and so good at finding my vein. Painless. She explained the situation about the technology issue which made perfect sense. I have been coming to this clinic for about 5 years and I love everything about it.
