Wow, I only wish we found C&A Flooring earlier! We contacted them for help correcting a poorly installed carpet (by another installer) and they were absolutely incredible to work with. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they were so kind and easy to work with. Very straightforward and clear communication. They eased our stress and helped us so much! We are repeat customers of C & A Flooring. We had our upper floor carpeted (3 rooms, closets, hallway, and stairs) done. Claudia and Jesus are super easy to work with. In addition to great communication throughout the process, they do quality, expert installation. The pricing was very reasonable and they were flexible with scheduling. We wouldn't use anyone else and we highly recommend C & A Flooring!
C & A Flooring is one of the carpet installers recommended by Contractor Furnishings Mart. I was looking for an installer specializing in carpet only because I associate a streamlined focus with excellence. And excellence is what I found in C & A Flooring. I HIGHLY recommend them for any carpet install. From my initial contact to completion, C & A was professional, friendly, timely, and excellent communicators. On the same day I contacted them about my project, they did a walk-thru, provided recommendations/solutions for our situation, and provided a quote. They were very respectful of our home--they took off their shoes during the walk-thru even though I told them they didn't need to, and they used excellent floor protection for the route to our room during the install. They are an excellent value for superior service. We are extremely please with their quality of work. I would give them more than 5-stars if I could.
