I have worked for ASI for over 20 years in several different positions and have found ASI to be an excellent place to work. It is not often you find a place to work where your supervisors not only respect you but care for you and your family. I know if I need something personally or professionally I will get the assistance and support I need. Throughout my time with ASI I have supported many clients and feel that the care they receive is exceptional. I have witnessed horrific care at other facilities and taken in many clients from other facilities that were treated poorly, seeing them blossom at ASI has been a wonder to see. I could not imagine working for a better place.

I've worked here for a year and management was always very helpful. you have to understand this is a very independent position. no you wont be fired if you report abuse. serious action is taking, there will be an investigation. you have to understand that sometime the problem isn't the employer it might be you. there is never a perfect company. we are human !if your manager aren't taking an action about reported abuse then go higher until someone hears you. there are self injuries that do happen but that why investigation was created, but i loved working here my consumers we everything. i loved going to work the people i workedamazing! but it was still... read full review

I Love my job here with ASI. Everyone is a team player.. Very friendly they help you out when you need. I Love my consumers I work with. The best job ever. And all the Management rock!!!!! Eveyone works very hard.
